Required: Immediate for 6 monthsPurpose of JobProvide brief overview that summarizes the overall purpose and objective forthis contract.
This individual will project manage the IT infrastructure associated with anoffice and warehouse move.
Responsibilities: The person will work closely with IT personnel in the US and in Sao Paolo as well as local telephony, internet serviceproviders, cabling and equipment move vendors. This individual will create the tasks, resource plans, and timelinesnecessary to fit into the overall move plan. The person will work closely with IT personnel in the US and in Sao Paolo to manage the Main Office Network Design &Configurations:
- Office drop locations
- IDF design
- MDF design
- Circuit moves
- Network equip requirements
- Cabling & Network equip
- Equip move planThe person will work closely with IT personnel in the US and in Sao Paoloto manage the Main Office Server Room:
- Requirements
- Floor Plan
- Cooling requirements
- UPS & Power requirements
- Rack layout
- Server equip requirements
- Equip move plan
- Equip delivered

The person will work closely with IT personnel in the US and in Sao Paolo to manage the Main Office Phone system:
- PBX requirements
- Circuit moves
- Equip delivered

The person will work closely with IT personnel in the US and in Sao Paolo to manage the Warehouse Network Design &Configurations:
- Office drop locations
- IDF design• MDF design
- Circuit moves• Network equip requirements
- Cabling & Network equip• Equip move plan

The person will work closely with IT personnel in the US and in Sao Paoloto manage the Warehouse Phone system:
- PBX requirements
- Circuit moves

- Procurement Planning
- Budget
- CEA
- Equipment order
